Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website, ask Quick Fit Lofts Ltd for a quotation, or book work with us. Any written quotation or agreement we issue may include extra project-specific terms.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry. A quotation may change if the loft condition, access, requested scope, materials or site conditions are different from what was first understood.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we agree the scope, price and planned date with you. We may need to rearrange dates because of weather, supplier delays, illness, unsafe access or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property and loft area.
- Remove fragile, valuable or obstructing items before work starts where requested.
- Tell us about known hazards, asbestos concerns, electrical issues, water leaks or structural issues.
- Ensure someone authorised is available if decisions are needed on the day.
Work and materials
We aim to complete work with care and suitable materials. Some minor disturbance, dust or access marking can occur during building work. We will use reasonable care to keep the work area tidy.
Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed in your quotation or invoice. If payment is late, we may pause further work and seek reasonable recovery costs where allowed by law.
Changes and extras
If you request extra work or changes after a quotation is agreed, we may issue a revised price or additional charge before continuing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer or issues outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
