Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations are handled for Quick Fit Lofts Ltd quotations and booked services. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before a booking is confirmed
You can decide not to proceed after receiving a quotation. No work will be booked until the scope, price and date are agreed.
Changing a booking date
If you need to move a booking, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to rearrange the work, subject to availability and any supplier or material commitments already made.
14-day cancellation rights
Where a consumer contract is made at a distance or away from business premises, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right. This normally runs from the day after the contract is agreed for services.
Starting work inside 14 days
If you ask us to start work before the 14-day period ends, we may ask you to complete a 14-Day Waiver. If you cancel after work has started, you may need to pay a reasonable amount for work already supplied up to the cancellation point.
Completed services
If the service is fully completed during the 14-day period after your express request and acknowledgement, your right to cancel may end once the service has been fully performed.
How to cancel
To cancel, email info@quickfitlofts.co.uk or write to Quick Fit Lofts Ltd, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 9SE. Please include your name, address, booking details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Refunds
Any refund due will be assessed based on the contract, work already completed, materials ordered, and your statutory rights.
