Complaints Policy
Quick Fit Lofts Ltd aims to provide a professional service. If something has gone wrong, please tell us as soon as possible so we can look into it properly.
How to complain
Email info@quickfitlofts.co.uk or call 07794 571843. Please include your name, address, contact details, the date of the work or quotation, and a clear description of the issue.
What happens next
- We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as reasonably possible.
- We may ask for photos, documents or access to inspect the work.
- We will review what happened and explain the proposed next step.
- If remedial work is needed, we will agree a practical plan with you.
Timescales
We aim to respond to complaints within 5 working days and provide a fuller response within 14 working days where possible. Complex issues may take longer, especially if a site visit or supplier response is needed.
Escalation
If you remain unhappy, you can ask us to review the complaint again. You may also seek independent consumer advice, including from Citizens Advice.
